CF/TRADITIONAL "HYBRID" PROGRAM - WEEK 11
Monday (6/14):
CF - 30 Muscle ups in 6:58 (pr).
Tuesday (6/15):
CF - rest
CFE run - 2x 800 with 2 min recoveries, 2x 1000 with 2 min recoveries.
Wednesday (6/16):
CF - 5x: 40 DBU, 24" box jump x 30, 1.5 pood KB x 20 = 20:46.
Taught RPM this morning at HHC.
Thursday (6/17):
CF - 7x: 185# front squat x 3, 7 L-pull = 9:50.
Taught RPM in the evening (subbed).
Swam 1000 yards, too.
Friday (6/18):
CF - rest
Long swim - 2200 yards, main set was 12x100 on 15 sec rest.
Saturday (6/19):
Taught RPM in the morning.
Waited until 2 PM and rode 2:20 41.7 miles, hopped off the bike and ran 5 miles in 40 minutes.
Sunday (6/20):
Rest day. Pretty sore from this week's CF and long distance.
Week 11 in the books. Race week. Getting anxious/nervous.
